mjh91's Chicago Cubs Franchise (MLB 09: The Show - PS3)

Well I thought I'd tell everyone how I'm doing. I plan on updating this as often as possible. Here we go!

I am 24-16 on the season, sitting in first place ahead of the Cardinals by three games. Derrek Lee has easily been my team MVP (hitting .401 with 10 HR and 32 RBI). My pitching is probably the reason I'm in first place. Carlos Zambrano is 6-0 with a 2.08 ERA. Ryan Dempster is 4-1 with a 2.29 ERA. Rich Harden is 7-1 with a 2.72 ERA. Sean Marshall is in the bullpen and is a huge asset to my team. Gregg as the closer is getting the job done, but heart attacks are included. He is 12/14 in save chances so far.

Nice job so far. Derrek Lee should be in the All Star game over Adrian Gonzalez in real life, but he sounds like he's having a 2005 season in your chise. What difficulty do you play on and do you feel your team needs any changes major or minor?

I play on Hall of Fame. I plan on adding a left handed bat for the bench because Micah Hoffpauir just can't hit the ball. I might look at another bat for the bench - possibly a back-up infielder.
